I didn't expect this book to be filled with short stories but I can't think of a better introduction to Sherlock Holmes.

So very clever and fascinating and compelling. It’s very interesting to see how all the subsequent Sherlock Holmes spin-offs utilized this source material. Grateful to have finally read the original.
