This was a really interesting read. I kept having to read certain facts aloud to anyone who was in the room. Upper elementary/middle school students will find this interesting.

This is all about salt. It describes how salt if mined and how it was discovered. It displays several different history stories about salt, including one about Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi and his salt march.

I'm adding this one to my Book-Talk-List for elementary/grammar school.

Absolutely wonderful! My kids and I both learned quite a bit. They would ask a question and more often than not the answer was just a page or so away. The illustrations are amazing too and kept my kids interest, and when autism and ADD are involved THAT is high praise indeed!
