I must be getting desperate looking in the Romance category for time travel stories but this one holds up well. Like a extra scoop of ice cream it is sweet and fun.

Well this is an oldie I never read back in the day but I can see why it hits the top of the time travel romance genre lists. Written in a time when editors made sure your books were ready to be published, it really is a fun little romp starting futuristic and ending post civil war America.

The hero is loved by the heroine before they meet, but there are so many fun elements to it, including telepathy between mother and daughter and an almost x-men abilities emerging elsewhere, I dont care it got sorta messy by the end. The heat between the H/h made it worth the read. (I liked that the hero was a thinking woman's romantic hero too!)

So yeah if your a timey-wimey kinda romance novel reader and you havent already- read this one!
