Sophie's vast range of culinary styles has been achieved by cooking for 8 years at some of the world's leading restaurants: The Gavroche, Sally Clarkes, the River Cafe and Chez Panisse. She has had the experience of cooking in front of large audiences at the Ideal Home Exhibition, demonstrating at the Food & Wine show, and 'Get Cooking' in Olympia. She has also appeared on television presenting her recipes for Liz Earl's Life style on GMTV, Japanese Fuji Network and several appearances on Carlton Food Network as well as Good Food Live.
