This play was a wild ride from start to end. While this style of play is not one I connect with or particularly enjoy, I can appreciate the comedic genius of the work and the mighty effort it is to try and pull a show such as this off. The characters were interesting, and there certainly is enough action occurring within the play making it a fast paced read. Some of the comedic jokes and plots have become outdated making it very much a product of its cultural timing but there isn’t necessarily anything majorly offensive or wrong about it.

Overall, I can appreciate the craft and talent that went in to creating this work, but it just didn’t connect with me and I found it an alright read.

Great show

Really this script is more of a guideline, more than anything. A very funny brilliantly written guideline that keeps me laughing.

This book is hilarious. The Reduced Shakespeare company has out done themselves with this soon to be theater classic. The Compleat Works of Wllm Shkspr (abridged) is a literal translation of the title. During the course of the play you will read the names of all of the titles of the works of Shakespeare at least once. The difference between this book and the previous books published that summarize Shakespeare is the comedy that is so knee slapping funny. A reason I like this book is because of the wit and sarcasm weaved into every joke. True Shakespeare lovers will enjoy this more than others because of the care and thought that went into every joke. While getting a few laughs out of the world famous play write you also are introduced to the three authors of this book and get to know them on a more personal level. I would one hundred percent recommend this book to anyone over the age of 16 who needs a good laugh! I truly like this book because you can read it multiple times and still always laugh.

A hilariously brief condensation of the works of the Bard. If you don't enjoy parodies of Shakespeare, this would not appeal to you.
