I'm truly not experiencing the romance between Yuri and Kail. For quite some time now, I haven't felt that spark. They haven't had much alone time lately, which makes it difficult for Yuri to have the intense feelings she once did.

The last time they were together, he actually tried to rape her! (Just like every other guy she encounters in this time period, but is she really okay with it all for him? Doubtful.)

It seems to me that it has reached a stage where the characters are simply thinking and doing things for the sake of advancing the plot. There is no real time spent delving into and exploring the relationships or the emotions anymore.

It's a bit disappointing because I was initially invested in their story, but now it just feels like a rushed and forced narrative. I hope the author can take a step back and重新evaluate the direction of the story to bring back that sense of authenticity and depth.
