Manga that plays great with fears you wouldn't even guess exist until you read it - Junji Ito is truly very skillful and imaginative in this regard.

However, I still lacked a bit of the suspense that was in the first volume, just as I lacked the revelation of Tomie's nature. The second volume is rather a collection of stories about people who encounter this evil girl, rather than a coherent narrative. Although it was still not bad - it was interesting to observe what phobias Junji Ito would evoke in me this time

Here, the collection of Tomie stories is even scarier than the previous part.

The formula remains the same: everyone is charmed by her beauty >> everyone feels the desire to possess her >> so in love that they mutilate her >> and then she regenerates.

Tomie's allure is so powerful that it drives people to extremes. Her beauty is like a curse, luring those who encounter her into a web of obsession and violence.

As each story unfolds, we witness the descent of ordinary people into madness as they struggle to come to terms with their overwhelming desire for Tomie.

The cycle of mutilation and regeneration only serves to heighten the horror, as Tomie continues to haunt and torment those who cross her path.

With each new installment, the terror of Tomie grows, leaving readers on the edge of their seats and craving more of this spine-chilling series.

This piece is really boring.

It lacks any real excitement or interest. There is nothing particularly engaging about it. It seems to just go on and on without any real purpose or direction.

Maybe if there were some more interesting details or a better storyline, it would be more enjoyable. But as it stands, it's just a dull and unappealing piece of writing.

It's the kind of thing that you might start reading but quickly lose interest in.

There are so many other things out there that are much more entertaining and worth your time.

It's a shame that this piece didn't live up to its potential.

Tomie is not my favorite of Ito's creations.

However, the stories in this volume were more interesting than the first.

The first volume might have had its moments, but this one seemed to have a better flow and more engaging plots.

The characters in Tomie are always complex and a bit disturbing, which is a trademark of Ito's work.

In this volume, we get to see more of Tomie's devious nature and how she manipulates those around her.

The illustrations, as always, are top-notch. Ito's style is unique and really brings the stories to life.

Even though Tomie isn't my absolute favorite, I still enjoy reading these volumes and seeing how the stories unfold.

It's always a creepy and thrilling experience, and I can't wait to see what Ito has in store for us next.
