**"3.5/5 Stars: A Review"**

This product/service has received a rating of 3.5 out of 5 stars.

It has its pros and cons. On the positive side, it offers certain features that are quite useful. For example, it has a user-friendly interface which makes it easy for people to navigate and use. The quality of the materials or the performance in some aspects is also satisfactory.

However, there are areas where it could be improved. Maybe the price is a bit on the higher side compared to similar products in the market. Or perhaps there are some minor glitches or shortcomings in its functionality.

Overall, despite its flaws, it still manages to provide a decent experience. If the manufacturer or provider can address the areas of improvement, it has the potential to receive an even higher rating in the future.

It's a product/service that is worth considering, especially if you value its particular strengths and are willing to overlook its few drawbacks.

It's fine, I guess.

Well, it's almost over, so I'll just finish it.

I hope this series has a good ending at least.

After all, it has been an interesting journey following this series.

There have been many ups and downs, but I'm still looking forward to seeing how it all concludes.

Maybe the ending will surprise us and make all the waiting worthwhile.

Or perhaps it will be a bittersweet farewell.

Either way, I'm eager to find out.

I'll keep my fingers crossed and hope for the best.

No matter what the outcome is, this series will always hold a special place in my heart.

It has entertained me and made me think, and for that, I'm grateful.

So, let's wait and see what the final chapter has in store for us.

Synopsis:

One day, on her way home from school, Noriko is suddenly and unexpectedly thrust into a strange and extraordinary fantasy world. Her difficulties multiply exponentially when she is rescued and befriended by a handsome young man named Izark. He may seem brave and courageous on the surface, but within Izark lurks the darkest evil imaginable. And according to an ancient prophecy, Noriko has the power to unleash that evil. Now, inextricably bound together, these two unlikely allies must navigate a world that is both wondrous and hostile.

My Thoughts:

For Noriko and the others, things seem to be a bit more challenging than they had hoped. To draw people to the shop assigned to them by the government officials in a location unlikely to have many customers, Izark stages a performance and leads the townspeople to the shop. It is a tremendous success. So, Arkarella capitalizes on this to pressure all the inns to turn the group away and sends his people to invite Izark and the others to his place. He seizes the opportunity to ask Izark to perform for an important guest who will be coming to the city to deliver a prisoner for execution.

As it turns out, the prisoner was a high-ranking official in the city who was imprisoned for stating that the prophecy regarding the sky demon and the awakening was false. He contends that the sky demon can be a force for good. Naturally, when Noriko and Izark learn of this, they are resolute in their determination to meet this man. Glocia and her group wish to assist him as they are on a mission to free the officials being rounded up to make way for the corrupt officials to take over. Their plan progresses smoothly, but now the Brunei Brothers (working for the visiting official) are dispatched to recapture Clairgeeta. These individuals are no laughing matter. Are they humans or monsters?

Tazasheena is also in the vicinity. So far, she has been unable to locate Izark and Noriko due to Irk's protective shield. However, after being attacked by one of the Brunei Brothers in order to siphon her power, she has a connection to him. She intends to utilize this connection to find Noriko and Izark. What will transpire? This could potentially go very wrong if the older Brunei Brother realizes he can siphon power from Izark. That's one person I truly don't want to have Izark's abilities.

There is a growing number of new and unique characters emerging.

It's truly wonderful to see how the good guys are fated to encounter one another and join forces to combat the darkness.

In this volume, there is less action. However, I firmly believe that the next volume will be filled with more intense battles. This is because we get to meet The Brunei Brothers in this installment. They seem to be an extremely formidable adversary for Izark. Their creepy and evil nature, combined with their great strength, makes them a force to be reckoned with.

Despite the lack of action, there are still some incredibly cute moments between Izark and Noriko. These moments are simply so sweet and adorable that they warm the heart.

Overall, although this may not be my favorite volume, I still find myself enjoying it to a great extent.

"You can never imprison hope."

It is truly a wonderful experience to not have to rush through a series. I am taking my time with this precious gem because I simply don't want it to end, even though it will conclude in just 3 volumes. Throughout this entire journey, I have never had a single negative thought about the story, the art, or the characters. I have held each element in the highest regard. Sincerely, I hope that for once, a happy ending will be bestowed upon these characters. And I don't usually wish for that, as happy endings aren't always realistic and can sometimes turn something cheesy. However, with From Far Away, I desire that happy ending, even if it might be a bit cheesy.

Izark and Noriko travel to another city, only to be met with hostility from the street officials. The corruption has spread so widely that even the people are afraid to protest against the injustices done to them. Meanwhile, Hydran, a powerful politician, is dragging a potential ally, Secretary Clairgeeta, to his death.

In order to pay for their lost items and afford a room to sleep in, Izark agrees to perform for the crowd to draw them to their shop. His talents are witnessed by Arkarella Son Dororev, who invites them to stay the night at his place in return for a performance in front of Hydran. They agree, but Arkarella's younger brother Salier, one of the street officials who tried to cause trouble with Izark, is against the idea.

Clairgeeta, the captured Secretary, believes that the Sky Demon is capable of good, and Izark and Noriko are desperate to rescue this man. They agree to all of Arkarella's wishes while simultaneously coming up with a plot to set Clairgeeta free. Little do they know that more allies are lurking in the dark, one of them being a Constable, Lori.

And that revelation suddenly makes the two realize that they might not have a lot of time together. Despite how much Izark and Noriko care about each other, so many things could go wrong. And Izark is having a really hard time accepting this.

Despite the success of their plan, Hydran sends out the Brunei brothers to capture Clairgeeta. These two can transform into terrifying beasts and their bloodlust is truly frightening. Izark jumps in to rescue them, but the question remains: will he be able to hold them off?

Yaaaaas!

Something exciting happens in this volume and wepaaa the story progresses a great deal.

I can't complain too much about the previous volume because it was necessary but still.

This volume I liked a lot more.

There are new plot twists and turns that keep me on the edge of my seat.

The characters also develop more, showing different sides of their personalities.

It's like a whole new world is opening up within the story.

I can't wait to see what else will happen in the next volume.

The author has done a great job of creating a captivating and engaging story that I just can't put down.

Overall, this volume is a great addition to the series and I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys this type of literature.

Overall Series review 3 Stars.

I probably should have left it after book 7. There is a sort of ending there with Noriko and Izark leaving their (first set of) friends behind. However, I did want to see what the conclusion was.

The second half of From Far Away (books 8 - 14) is, in my opinion, weaker. But I do like Noriko as a character. She’s endearing. There are parts that I enjoyed.

Perhaps the story lost some of its charm in the later books. The plot seemed to drag at times, and some of the new characters didn't quite have the same appeal as the original cast.

Nevertheless, Noriko's journey and development throughout the series are still interesting to follow. Her determination and kindness make her a likable protagonist.

Overall, while the series had its flaws, it was still an enjoyable read. I would recommend it to those who like science fiction and adventure stories with a touch of romance.

"You can never imprison hope. Passion has no appearance, no substance. It is intangible. Yet it generates power. And that power will eventually start to take shape and bear fruit."

This volume is truly very good!!

I deeply appreciated the "humor" that this volume brought. Izark's performance and then seeing Alef be the "lead man" of everything was quite entertaining! While I have an intense love for the romance aspect of this series, I also really enjoy the friendships that Noriko and Izark have formed on their journey. I still miss our old friends and am nervous that they will have to part ways with their new friends at some point. BUT!

What an amazing surprise it was to hear someone mention that they feel there is something more to the Sky Demon! :o :o :o It's like awesome news!! I want to say that it's obviously true because of the transformation we saw in Izark a few volumes ago. However, it seems that more and more danger surrounds our couple and their friends, which makes me couldn't help but be nervous.

This makes me extremely thankful that we had the fun shenanigans in this one!

I very much enjoyed this volume!

Izark and Noriko encounter a man who holds a distinct interpretation of the Sky Demon legend that has brought them both a great deal of sorrow.

This man believes that with the appropriate influence from the "world of light," the Sky Demon could actually perform good deeds.

That is one of the aspects I truly appreciate about this series. The heroes are not blindly following this destiny like sheep; instead, they both question whether they possess the power to alter what has been predicted. More significantly, they both also have the desire to change it.

The light-hearted exchanges between Noriko and Izark are also charming. Strangely, I have the impression that Izark is aging in reverse. From the impassive warrior he initially was, he now appears more like a young man in love, and he is much more expressive. This keeps the romance captivating and engaging.

Overall, this series continues to surprise and delight with its unique storylines, complex characters, and charming romance. It makes me eager to see what will happen next in the adventures of Izark and Noriko.
