I am very divided.

The beginning didn't excite me at all. Already, I don't really connect with the concept of stands, which suddenly becomes the new foundation of this universe. The format of "three chapters for a short stage of the journey in which one confronts a new stand" seemed already extremely repetitive to me.

However, the second half of the volume caught my attention, especially the last adversary, whose idea I found original. It was like a breath of fresh air in what had initially been a rather monotonous reading experience. The way the story developed from that point on made me more invested and eager to see what would happen next. Despite my initial reservations, the second half managed to turn my opinion around and make me look forward to seeing where the story will lead in future installments.

I can't decide if I still like this series.
