This volume doesn't look anything like what the series itself would be like later, nor does it even closely resemble what the rest of Part 1 or Araki's general style is.

Still, it is an excellent introduction to an excellent saga of an excellent series, so it has four stars earned purely on merit.

I know that Araki's drawing here was anything but harmonious, but even with this style, it has its particular charm.

I suppose that when I get to Part 4 or obtain some other edition, I will end up rereading all of Phabton Blood.

Overall, despite its differences from the later installments, this volume holds its own and serves as a solid foundation for the wonderful journey that is the Jojo's Bizarre Adventure series.

It shows the early development of Araki's ideas and art style, and it's interesting to see how far he has come.

Even with its flaws, it's a must-read for fans of the series and a great starting point for those new to it.

The first time I read this, I absolutely knew nothing about the history.

However, I saw many photos and drawings that caught my attention, so I decided to start it.

I love the colors and have no idea what is going to happen, but it makes me a little excited.

I hope to at least finish the first volumes before watching the anime that will be put on Netflix soon.

Maybe as I read more, I will gradually understand the story and the background.

The vivid illustrations seem to tell a fascinating tale, and I can't wait to explore it further.

Even though I'm a beginner in this area, the allure of the unknown is pulling me in.

I believe that through reading and watching the anime, I will gain a deeper appreciation for this work.

It's like embarking on a new adventure, and I'm looking forward to all the surprises and discoveries that lie ahead.

When Do People Kiss?

Kissing is a very intimate and special act. People may kiss in many different situations. For example, when two people are in love, they often express their affection through kissing. It can be a gentle peck on the lips or a passionate embrace with a deep kiss.

Kissing can also occur on special occasions such as weddings or anniversaries. It is a way to celebrate and show love and commitment.

In some cultures, kissing is a common form of greeting. For instance, in some European countries, people may kiss each other on the cheek as a friendly gesture.

However, the act of kissing can also be influenced by personal preferences and boundaries. Some people may be more reserved and only kiss in private, while others may be more open and willing to kiss in public.

In conclusion, the reasons and situations for people to kiss can vary greatly. It is a complex and multi-faceted act that is influenced by many factors such as love, culture, and personal preference.

Rereading the first cycle of Jojo's Bizarre Adventures after many years is an experience difficult to describe.

On one hand, it is extraordinarily strange to think that this narrative arc (and the second) are actually part of the same series, especially considering how much the visual style and narrative mechanics have been revolutionized since the third cycle.

On the other hand, it is interesting to see how the series, in its origins, was a sort of horror version of Hokuto no Ken, centered around a Mayan curse related to creatures that are part vampire and part monsters of Chinese mythology.

Despite extraordinarily intense moments (especially the creation and evolution of one of the most memorable villains not only of the series but in general, the inimitable Dio Brando), the first volume suffers from a clear lack of personality, with a graphic style that is too indebted to Tetsuo Hara and with the idea of the creatures being a bit too generic and not exactly well-developed during the story.

Fortunately, the first cycle of JOJO will manage to grow until an absolutely surprising and intense finale, but the first volume is surely the weakest moment of the story.

I can recognize every scene of this volume perfectly, so that must give you an idea of how much I love Jojo's. It's truly a remarkable series that has captured my heart.

Dio is so iconic, hahaha. His character is just so memorable and unique. I will always love him. The way he is portrayed, with his charisma and power, makes him one of the most fascinating villains in the world of anime and manga.

Every time I watch or read Jojo's, I am drawn into its strange and wonderful world. The storylines are complex and engaging, and the characters are full of life. I can't wait to see what new adventures and challenges the next volume will bring.

Phantom Blood takes us into the fascinating world of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, and what an incredibly strange and captivating world it is!

Jonathan Joestar, a gentle young nobleman, has a kind heart and noble intentions. He resolves to use his father's inheritance for good deeds and dedicates himself to a life of virtue and selflessness. However, everything changes when his father adopts the son of a deceased man who once saved his life. Young Dio Brando, like Jonathan, presents the facade of a gentle nobleman, but beneath this exterior lies a power-hungry sociopath who mistreats his stepbrother behind closed doors and attempts to overthrow Jojo's father to steal his inheritance for himself. A deadly rivalry that has been brewing for over a thousand years erupts as the conflict between Jonathan and Dio escalates to supernatural levels.

Phantom Blood is essentially a large prologue to the core of the JoJo universe. It is written in the style of an Agatha Christie Victorian murder mystery, but with a crazy blend of thematic elements from the historical paranormal horror of The Mummy, the brute force action sequences of Conan the Barbarian, and the supernatural martial arts of Fist of the North Star and Dragon Ball Z.

This is a strange and enjoyable story with a few truly shocking horror moments, as well as a nice balance of romance, comedy, and explosive action. I also appreciate how it incorporates real historical figures such as Jack the Ripper and the knights of Queen Mary Stuart into the story.

However, the writing does show its age. I have heard many people claim that Phantom Blood is the weakest story arc in the entire series and does not do a great job of representing the series as a whole, and so far I can understand their perspective. The characters are ridiculously exaggerated, which makes them exotic and fun, but most of them lack depth. The lore of the story is very interesting, but the actual plot of the series so far leaves much to be desired.

Nevertheless, I look forward to seeing how much better the future arcs of this series will hopefully be.

I read Phantom Blood after Battle Tendency and I am very positively surprised by this start.

The story is not original but it is told much better, and is much less muddled and confusing than the second saga which I moderately enjoyed.

In Phantom Blood, the characters are more vividly portrayed and their motives are clearer. The action scenes are also more exciting and engaging, keeping me on the edge of my seat throughout.

Moreover, the art style in Phantom Blood is more refined and detailed, adding to the overall atmosphere of the story. It really brings the world of JoJo to life in a way that Battle Tendency did not quite manage.

Overall, I am very impressed with Phantom Blood and look forward to reading more of the JoJo series. I would highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys action-packed manga with interesting characters and a unique art style.

Once you start, there is no turning back...

This statement holds a certain truth in many aspects of life.

When we embark on a new journey, whether it's a career path, a relationship, or a personal goal, we make a commitment.

We put in the effort, invest our time and energy, and take the first step forward.

But as we progress, we may encounter obstacles and difficulties that make us question our decision.

However, turning back is not always an option.

We have to face the challenges head-on and find ways to overcome them.

Sometimes, the only way forward is through perseverance and determination.

We have to trust in ourselves and our abilities, and keep moving forward no matter what.

Because in the end, it is the journey that shapes us and makes us who we are.

And even if we don't achieve our initial goal, we will have learned valuable lessons along the way that will serve us well in the future.

So, once you start, don't look back.

Embrace the journey and all that it has to offer.

Let's just say I'm so glad I didn't have to pay to read this.

It's truly a relief. Imagine if I had to shell out money for every piece of text I wanted to consume. That would quickly add up and become a significant expense.

In this day and age, where information is abundant, it's nice to have access to quality content without having to worry about the cost.

Whether it's an article, a blog post, or a story, being able to read it for free allows me to explore different topics and expand my knowledge.

It also gives me the opportunity to discover new writers and perspectives that I might not have otherwise come across.

So, I'm truly grateful for the free content that is available to me. It enriches my life and makes learning and entertainment more accessible.
