So far a great book. It talks a lot about finding motivated sellers to buy properties from. I am halfway through the book and it seems to be alright. The Millionaire real estate investor is supposed to be another great book.
This book is exactly what is promises and introduces you to the world of real estate investing. It shows you many different ways to make money in real estate. It includes lots of specific pointers, examples, and information if you have an interest in investing in real estate I recommend this books. It's a great read.
Although this book is dated and some of the strategies no longer work, such as Fannie Mae, the overall ideas are inspiring and extremely knowledgable.
I read this book twice, while highlighting and found more useful information every time (yes I know that is what usually happens) but I was just so astonished by the plethora of useful information from beginners to experts.
I would recommend this book to anyone thinking about Real Estate. In fact I will read it again just for a refresher before my real estate endeavors.
I forgot but I actually got the ebook version somewhere. I have to say it opened my eyes and mind when reading this. However, the ebook version is hard to go back to a specific page to read. Yes I printed it out, but it makes the BOOK thick and I need to find a binder big enough for it.
I am very very very tempted to buy this book just to keep it for reference. I feel like I need to go back.
I've read a few books after this one and I have to say this is very very motivational book.
As the title suggest, the book does not go deep into any one topic, but provides a pretty good overview. I found most of the topics and suggestions to fall into the "obvious" category, but did achieve my expecations of laying out the overall framework to think through.
