I truly preferred the workout section to the diet section. Although many of his dietary contentions seem reasonable, I simply cannot manage to prepare five meals a day for myself. Three of those meals would have to be prepared while I'm at work! (And even if it's claimed that they take "only five minutes" - which I highly doubt, making quiche at work is simply not feasible.) Perhaps this diet plan functions well for his celebrity clients and might also work for some "regular" individuals, but it definitely doesn't work for this particular regular person. I find it extremely challenging to adhere to such a strict dietary regimen. It seems overly demanding and impractical in my daily life. While I understand the importance of a balanced diet, the way he presents it is just not something I can realistically implement. Maybe I need to look for a more suitable diet plan that aligns better with my work schedule and personal capabilities. Overall, I think the workout section provided more useful and achievable advice compared to the diet section.
