Some decent advice has been provided, which can be quite useful in certain situations.

However, it should be noted that some of it seems to be a little gimmicky.

This might give the impression that it is more about attracting attention rather than offering truly practical and valuable suggestions.

While there could be some merit in the advice that appears gimmicky, it is important to approach it with a critical eye and consider its actual applicability.

One should not simply accept all the advice at face value but rather analyze and evaluate it based on one's own circumstances and needs.

By doing so, one can make more informed decisions and determine which pieces of advice are truly worth implementing and which ones may be better left aside.

In conclusion, while the advice may have some good points, the presence of gimmicky elements requires a more discerning approach.

I would give this book ZERO stars if I could. Oh, wait, you mean I CAN? OK, then this is a ZERO STAR BOOK. It's completely unrealistic that someone could actually eat the crap this guy has dreamed up. Allow me to demonstrate:


Recipe: Roasted Asparagus Spears with Turkey Slices (my first reaction: meat and asparagus? Yummy! I will make!)


Ingredients:
20 asparagus spears
6 ounces sliced turkey (so far, so good)
2 cups shredded carrots (um, WHAT?)
1/2 cup very thinly sliced red onion (OK, could work)


Instructions:
-preheat oven (very reasonable)
-roast asparagus (OK, also makes sense)
-lay turkey on cutting board. SPRINKLE WITH THE (2 FUCKING CUPS OF) GRATED CARROTS and place roasted asparagus spears in the middle. Roll turkey around asparagus. Garnish with onion.


OK, WTF? How can you force 2 cups of shredded carrots into 6 ounces of turkey? WHAT? WHAT???? Are you proposing *crossing* a turkey with a carrot? I don't understand how this will work.


The rest of the diet is almost totally devoid of fat, which I can't stand. EVERYTHING calls for fat-free stuff: cheese, sour cream, cream cheese...anything that can have the fat sucked out of it is recommended in this book. What the hell happened to moderation? To low-fat stuff? Who could actually eat so little fat without freaking out and shoveling a pound of butter into her mouth at the end of the day? Not me, my friends. Not. Me.


I feel dumb even READING a diet book, much less for reviewing it, but I feel SO compelled to let the world know how ridiculous this diet is. God, people! Just go to the goddamn gym! It seems that the author of this diet book has come up with some truly absurd recipes and dietary guidelines. The combination of ingredients in the roasted asparagus and turkey recipe is just one example of how impractical this diet is. And the complete avoidance of fat is also a major turn-off. A healthy diet should include a balance of nutrients, including some fat. Moderation is key, not extreme elimination. I hope that others will think twice before following this diet and instead focus on a more balanced and sustainable approach to eating and exercise.

I really liked the exercise and the other information provided in here. It was quite useful and engaging.

However, when it came to the recipe part, it was just not to my taste. The ingredients listed, such as scallops, no fat cream cheese, no fat cottage cheese, tomatoes (and more tomatoes), tuna, etc., didn't really appeal to me.

I had a hard time finding many recipes in there that I actually would want to eat. Maybe it's because I have different preferences when it comes to food. I prefer heartier and more flavorful dishes.

But I do appreciate the effort put into including the recipes. It's just that they didn't quite hit the mark for me. Overall, though, the rest of the content was great, and I still found value in reading through it.

This was a really quick and easy read.

It was highly motivating, yet didn't offer a great deal of new information for me.

However, there are several new recipes included that I'm eager to give a try, which is definitely a plus.

I truly enjoyed reading about the advantages of persevering with my healthy lifestyle journey that I embarked on two years ago.

I firmly believe that leading a fit life brings a sense of well-being that surpasses anything else in the world.

Of course, it does come with some minor sacrifices.

For instance, having to resist the temptation of that delicious ice cream!

But in the long run, the benefits far outweigh the short-term pleasures.

I'm determined to stay on this path and continue reaping the rewards of a healthy and active lifestyle.

It's not always easy, but it's definitely worth it.

I've read numerous diet books, but this one stands out as the closest to being truly legitimate.

He presents several excellent points and has great ideas. The most appealing aspect I've come across is that he doesn't impose any restrictions on you while you're following this diet.

Overall, the book is essentially communicating the same message that we've been hearing from our families since childhood. It's all about eating right and getting regular exercise.

Who would have thought that something so simple could be the key to a healthy lifestyle?

Mmm, indeed. I'm definitely going to give some of these recipes a try at least to see how they taste. They seem delicious :-)

Another marketing trick is to criticize all popular diet plans and then combine principles from most of them by the end of the day!

The suggested meal recipes are far too complicated, which is contrary to the initial promises. However, there are still some cooking ideas that might be interesting.

Generally speaking, I do not like the regular use of excessive amounts of dairy and the discarding of egg yolks. Encouraging the use of low-fat dairy, as well as processed low-fat sauces and mixtures, seems rather ridiculous in the 21st century.

The workout plans, on the other hand, do seem reasonable, and that is the reason for awarding 2 stars.

As a whole, it's just crap, crap, crap, and so on! This diet plan appears to be more of a marketing gimmick than a truly effective and healthy approach to dieting and fitness. It fails to deliver on its promises and has several aspects that are either unappealing or downright不合理.

I am on the verge of completing the first 5-week cycle that was recommended by the author.

This book has two main aspects - fitness and diet/nutrition.

Personally, I find the fitness portion of this book to be more appealing than the diet/nutrition part.

I got turned onto this book through closely following Jessica Simpson's social media.

I must say that Harley did an excellent job with it.

Personally, I am lacking in knowledge regarding nutrition. However, after reading this book, I feel as though I have learned a great deal of valuable and fundamental information.
