In general terms, we read about a 36-year-old man who, having come into a huge inheritance and quit working, is questioning his "self," purpose, and existence as his life slips through his fingers. Perhaps it's the dream of many working people to come into a large inheritance and no longer have to work... There are undoubtedly everyone's dreams that start with "if I won the lottery..." Here, the narrator is spending his huge amount of free time in questioning and is moving towards the arms of idleness and alcoholism with this heavy burden. While questioning not only his own self but also the self of society, he is consuming his life within revolutionary delusions. Although there are nice observations, after a certain point, it seemed to turn into the ravings of a crazy man, so it was a book that I had difficulty getting into.
