I didn't like this book.

For such a short book, I felt that I didn't gain anything from it. In fact, it seemed rather contradictory.

The author initially states that as mothers, we should be selfless and dedicate all of our time and energy to our children, even to the extent of giving up our jobs and hobbies.

However, later on, she mentions the importance of self-care.

This inconsistency left me confused and dissatisfied.

Moreover, there is no mention of the interaction with the partner in this book.

The role of the partner in parenting and family life is crucial, and its omission makes the book's perspective seem incomplete.

Overall, I was disappointed with this book and would not recommend it to others.
