I enjoy watching Jim Cramer just so that I can pick stocks he doesn't like or so that I can bet against stocks that he professes to be excellent buys. He's so full of himself and I am very careful with what he says because oftentimes, he is very wrong. I got a used copy of this at Half-Price Books for dirt cheap and find it one of the most utterly useless books in my collection. Most of the ideas he put in this books are impractical.

This book is useful if you watch Jim's TV show (or listen on satellite radio like I do). The primary purpose is teach you how to get more out of watching this show and it delivers. It is really only useful for Jim Cramer fan's. I know a lot of people don't like Jim because he is a "trader" or "flip-flopper", but you can't deny that his is full of good ideas. That is why I watch him.

Super book on investing for the little guy. Cramer explains everything from trends, to cycles, to sectors, and how to anticipate the market's movements. He explains the intricacies of the show, as well as how to game it yourself. He gives you all sorts of handy strategies for trading, as well as a cyclical chart to follow the economy's impact on the stock market.

This book gives investors who want to manage their own money the "HOMEWORK" to achieve a better return. I have been investing on my own for over 7years and have learner allot from some of these principles.

This is better than "Getting Back to Even"

This book is essentially the Cramer handbook for his TV show. It does offer an updated business cycle chart and a research checklist that are extremely helpful for the private investor.

Book that accompanies his show. I'll be investing soon! Watch out Warren Buffet!

This book is a joke. Hmmmm...succesful show doesn't mean you can write a book. This guy needs to stay to what he knows best. TV!

I listened to the Audio Book, and while it was nice that Jim Cramer read the book -- I thought the content wasn't so hot. This guy can't pick stocks any better than anybody else, and you're probably better off on your own than taking advice from him.

The author shares with us how he chooses what stocks/sectors to buy. He shares his knowledge about the ups and downs of the stock market.

Very good book and a must read part of the series. It is making me a better manager of my investments and has helped me make money when everyone else seems to be losing money.
