call me a sucker for being a jim cramer fan, not a well-edited read, but there's some interesting advice sprinkled in among the more interesting anecdotes from his hedge fund days.
I can't stand authors that 'yell' at you but James Cramer has so many good points to make that I'm managing to persevere anyway. I have too many personal finance books on the go so it will take a bit longer to finish.
Update: I skimmed the rest of the book and put it away. The last half of the book is mostly about buying and selling stocks and 'beating' the market. I am years away from trying anything like that. I actually don't think this is a strategy I'll ever try so it seemed a waste to spend more time on this book.
Yes, Jim Cramer is an egotistical, obnoxious blowhard, but that doesn't mean he's an idiot. He knows his business, and if you can get around his clown-like antics, you may learn a thing or two about investing.
