I found this book truly interesting.

However, I'm not entirely certain that I'm ready to make the complete commitment to this particular lifestyle just yet. Nevertheless, I have managed to learn a few valuable things from it that I am currently attempting to implement in my daily life.

I can't help but think that this book would have probably been even more helpful to me if I had read "Eat Right For Your Type" first.

Maybe that would have given me a better foundation and understanding of some of the concepts presented in this book.

Despite that, I'm still glad I picked up this book and have started to make some positive changes based on what I've learned.

I look forward to seeing how these changes will impact my life in the long run.
