His Lovely Wife began in a promising manner. However, as I delved deeper into the book, it took unexpected turns into the realm of physics tangents and similar topics. These were things that I not only failed to understand but also had little interest in. Nonetheless, it was fascinating to learn about how the death of Princess Di had an impact on Ellen and the reasons behind it. Likewise, reading about Diana's supposed thoughts after her passing was also quite interesting. While I generally enjoy rereading books, I believe I will skip this one on my second round of reading. Perhaps for those with a greater inclination towards physics and related subjects, this book might hold more appeal. But for me, it simply didn't quite hit the mark in terms of maintaining my sustained interest throughout. Overall, it was an okay read, but not one that I would highly recommend or feel compelled to revisit.
