Caution Notice: I'm not a seasoned reader or Critic.

The beginning, especially the part about his childhood and his mother's struggle, seemed to be rather slow and not very entrancing. In fact, I had to force myself to get through it to complete the reading.

However, when we fast forward to the second half, the part where he meets the Ferrari guy and what follows is amazing and really intriguing. And that's when, actually, the first half of the book starts to make sense. Chris makes sure that you understand the importance of his childhood, which was the source of his strength in getting through difficult times.

I guess Gabriele felt the same way as I did.

All in all, it's a great book for aspirers, especially if you are in your early 30's. I think it would be easier to connect with the story at that age.

It offers valuable insights and inspiration for those who are striving to achieve their goals and overcome challenges in life.

Despite the slow start, the overall quality and impact of the book make it well worth reading.

I was extremely disappointed by this book. I had a great love for the movie, and I have witnessed Chris Gardner on numerous TV shows, being highly impressed by his story.

Regrettably, this book was of poor quality both in terms of language and subject matter.

The language was incredibly coarse, making it extremely difficult to get through. In the beginning, it was somewhat bearable as he was narrating the story of his childhood, and those were the real words that were spoken to him. So, although it was hard to stomach, I could accept it as he was描绘 his mistreatment. However, as the story progresses, the language only deteriorates. Now, it's not him repeating what someone said to him - or even his own words from a previous conversation. It's just his narrative. As he is speaking in the present, he is still using such vulgar language, which is highly inconsistent with a person of his standing.

Regarding the content, his story of struggle and triumph would have been excellent if it hadn't been soaked in the details of his sexual exploits. The stories he tells are nothing short of pornographic and have no place in this book at all. Gardner recounts every erection he's had since he was ten. It's absurd and again not in line with the kind of person we are led to believe he is. I don't understand how someone can be so successful in business when he clearly has no self-control in his sex life. And not only does he lack self-control, but he also seems to take pleasure in it. He flaunts it (along with his history of drug use) with little to no apology. As with the language, I was initially prepared to forgive it. He tells of being raped as a thirteen-year-old boy, and while I think his account of that tragedy is more graphic than necessary, I can excuse it as it is his story of what was done to him. But as the book continues, he persists in giving a detailed account of his sex life that is crude and completely unnecessary for the story's content.

For these reasons, I cannot recommend this book to anyone. The movie was good. His story is great. But the book is污秽.

I didn't discover that this book was exceptionally well-written.

His portrayal of females solely as objects, emphasizing their curvaceous bodies and basing his desires on that, is truly revolting. There are very few mentions of their intelligence or other qualities.

I didn't find Chris to be an especially likable individual, particularly after he cheats on his wife with various women, claiming he "couldn't help it." He even grabs a woman without her consent, which was the final straw for me. It's abundantly clear that he doesn't respect women in his life, perhaps with the exception of his mother.

Also, we don't really obtain closure regarding his abusive stepfather or his biological father. There are numerous loose ends, which the editor probably should have inquired about.

However, Chris' dedication to his child and his eagerness to do whatever it takes for Chris Jr. to grow up with a real father is praiseworthy and touching. This is all in spite of his year of homelessness and the ever-present societal racism. This constitutes a very small portion of the book (the last 70 pages or so), so perhaps it would be advisable to just read that part.

Once upon a time, there was an ordinary man who had nothing but an extraordinary dream. Since childhood, signs of manliness had appeared on him. When he was not even four years old, he made a vow to himself that he would grow up, get married, have children, and lead them as their father. Of course, his hardships in childhood were what showed this strength and manliness. Unlike ordinary people, his misfortunes did not make him a criminal, a vengeful person, or a loser.

He grew up, got married, and had a child, but he did not achieve anything of his great dream. On the contrary, his material situation continued to decline to zero. At that time, he was in a state of thinking and searching that preceded the great departure. His wife, Linda, did not understand anything of what he intended. She was an ordinary woman with limited thinking. She did not know the difference between a brilliant, intelligent man and an average man who had nothing in the world of great dreams. She also did not know that great dreams require a long time to achieve according to their size and rewards.

She did not encourage him and did not listen to him. Instead, she made fun of him. He was patient and did not respond to her because of the difference in their minds. She left him several times and finally abandoned him. She announced clearly that she had decided to leave him! She went to work as a nanny in New York and even abandoned her young son to his father. She thought that she would find a better life there than with her poor husband.

Chris tried to open the door of communication with her, but she refused to compromise with him. He was left alone with his son, at the peak of his confusion and need. But his great mind was busy with the best of what he had in thinking. He had a talent for mathematics, was a persevering and intelligent man, and this was enough for him to be what he wanted.

He remained silent, and a cold tear fell from his eye as he thought about the great Declaration of Independence by Thomas Jefferson. He felt that his situation today was like that of independence from that tiring relationship. And his attention was drawn to the chapter on the search for happiness. He knew that this was the beginning of a new stage that would surely be wonderful.

Chris was much stronger than to act out of spite in times of crisis. He did not have the time to actually think about his wife's betrayal of him and her irresponsible behavior that had become the talk of everyone who read the book around the world. Chris forgot what Linda had started since that fateful moment. He had forgiven her immediately in the same moment that she left and went away.

Chris was not the kind of person who would leave a man who was struggling with poverty. He did not give up, and all the difficult circumstances surrounding him could not drag him back. If his wife did not have the courage to embark on the adventures of life and earn it with him and did not appreciate the value of this person in her life and what he did for her, then he had turned the page on her since that fateful moment in his life. The word "yes" meant a lot to him. It was a whole life path. He had lived his whole life with a vow to himself.

Linda left in search of a luxurious lifestyle, and Chris began his successful journey from that time. Life is full of fateful moments. After turning the page of sorrows, one can start to achieve the real dream. The Declaration of Independence was an event that America lived through until today. And the moment of Linda's departure gave birth to a new Chris. To the extent that he became one of the richest people in America, a successful leadership personality, a social reformer, and a coach for human development. He taught people around the world the principles of building personality and the methods of success.

Christopher Gardner was creative in writing the story of his life, which touched the hearts of millions and was turned into an influential movie that moved the emotions of the viewers and observers. That ambitious child had grown up, and today we all know who this father and mentor Christopher Gardner is. And you will continue to discover the details of this book and the movie and its author in an episode of the Babylibrary program. Strange events happened, and you will discover situations for the first time and will search for the book because it will help you in your search for happiness. And with success for everyone.
