I finished it with tears in my eyes. I really, really liked it.

This book has very, very beautiful things. It is rather long, yes, but it is perfect. It is meant to be read little by little. Everything that happens seems important in some way.

The ending is beautiful, and I very much like how they resolve everything.

I was completely engrossed in the story from beginning to end. The characters were so well-developed that I felt like I knew them personally.

The author did an amazing job of creating a vivid and engaging world. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who loves a good read.

It's one of those books that you'll want to read over and over again.

I guess I really set myself up not to like this one.

I went into reading it with very high expectations. I had read 'P.S. I love you,' by Ahern and loved it deeply. I truly hoped that this book would be much the same, filled with the same charm and emotional depth. Instead, however, as I was reading, I just kept hoping that it would be over soon.

If I didn't have the rule that I finish whatever book that I start, I surely would have set this one aside 100 pages into the read.

The story is about a woman who has serious OCD issues when it comes to misplacing things. It takes her losing herself in a certain way (I won't give away too much) to actually find what she's been looking for all along.

The problem is that the story was just not very imaginative. It read more like a drawn out child's fairy tale, lacking the complexity and sophistication that I was hoping for.

I have one more book that I have purchased by Ahern, and I will give it one more try. I'm curious to see if the next one is any better and if it can recapture the magic that I found in 'P.S. I love you.'

What had begun and then weakened significantly due to illness.

This situation is quite concerning. It could be that a project, a relationship, or even a personal goal had been started with great enthusiasm and hope. However, the onset of illness has taken a toll, causing a significant decline in progress or strength.

It might feel frustrating and disheartening to see something that was once full of potential now struggling. But it's important to remember that setbacks due to illness are often temporary. With proper care, rest, and determination, it is possible to regain strength and pick up where one left off.

It may require patience and a willingness to adapt, but the journey can still lead to a successful outcome.

I loved it!!!!

I think this author is one of those that you either love and adore or hate and don't like at all. I am of the first option. I really like how she writes, the stories she tells, her characters, everything. The last books I read of hers I didn't like as much, but with this one, older, less "commercial" I think, I fell in love again.

I'm not going to say much about this book that isn't already known. The truth is that I was a bit reluctant to read it because I thought it could be very fantastical or very far from reality. But the truth is that when I read it, I didn't feel any of this. One chapter in particular, I think it's the 38th, seemed beautiful to me, a perfect description of everything that happens to Sandy.

Aaahhh!!! I really like the story of Sandy Shortt. Crazy... I can't believe I really like the story and even really enjoy reading it, so I want to read Cecelia Ahern's book again.

Sandy Shortt is so obsessed with finding lost things because her childhood rival, Jenny-Mei Butler, has gone missing. After working for the Garda, the police force of the Republic of Ireland, she leaves her job to start a missing persons agency.

One day, a man named Jack Ruttle asks Sandy for help in finding his brother Donal, who has been missing for a year. She agrees to help Jack, and Sandy never expects to become lost herself when she discovers the world where everything that has ever been lost exists, a place called Here.

Jack continues the search for Sandy, believing that she is the key to finding his brother but learning more about her personal life than he should. Meanwhile, Sandy's belongings continue to get lost here but are found in this world. Something is bound to happen, but neither of them knows what it is yet.

A beautiful and amazing work from Cecelia Ahern. Along with "If You could see me now", "Where rainbows End" and "The book of Tomorrow", this book, as usual, builds a romantic and magical world for Cecelia and her readers. It is a world where you can find yourself more deeply, in bitter situations and find that your dreams may be lost in a busy society with your life. Personally, I really like the theory that everything is lost and then goes to a certain place, sometimes because of our choices, sometimes because of forces beyond our control, but "when we learn what our souls need to learn, we live that gift itself" and the most beautiful thing about getting lost is that "we find" if someone is still looking for us out there, we will always find.

I like the world of words Cecelia uses in each book. It's beautiful, simple but sweet and touching.

I like the way Cecelia reveals some simple things about life and love. It's really so touching to me.

Things go missing all the time.

Even we, as human beings, often feel lost in the vast expanse of life.

We are all striving to navigate our way through this complex journey of existence in the best possible way.

However, the truth is that, although we seldom admit it, we frequently find ourselves in a state of being lost.

In the captivating book "There's No Place Like Here", we are introduced to an imaginative world where all the missing things converge.

It gives the impression of being nowhere, yet it is indeed a distinct place, simply called 'Here'.

We witness the protagonist embarking on a journey through this world, not only to truly discover herself but also to assist a few unlikely individuals along the way.

Reading this book was an absolute delight for me due to its unique writing style.

Most of the chapters are remarkably short, and so are the paragraphs.

It has a sort of back-and-forth rhythm, with two streams of consciousness unfolding simultaneously and being alternately narrated.

It's difficult to explain precisely, but when you read it, you'll understand that it truly works and effectively builds the tension before each revelation that emerges in the plot.

The author is truly adept at presenting information in the story.

You have a sense of what might happen next, yet at the same time, you are completely in the dark.

Somehow, you feel a bit lost most of the time, but this adds to the pot of confusion that ultimately leads to enlightenment.

In simple terms, it was an awesome book!

It was incredibly hard to put down.

I thoroughly enjoyed myself while reading it and, at the same time, I reflected on the realizations I had made since I began reading.

I felt that I learned a great deal from this book.

It is definitely a book that I will cherish and re-read again and again in the years to come. :)

I truly love this book.

However, it has left me with a profound sense of heaviness and melancholy. It makes me realize that not all the things we have lost and missed will ever return to us.

My heart goes out to all the missing persons and their families. I sincerely hope that they can find some form of consolation in their losses.

Although, deep down, I really long to meet a real-life "Gregory Burton", if by some miracle he exists.

I wonder what kind of person he would be, and if he could bring any answers or closure to the mysteries and heartaches that this book has unearthed.

Perhaps he would be a source of hope and inspiration, or maybe he would just be another reminder of the fragility and uncertainty of life.

Nonetheless, the thought of meeting him keeps lingering in my mind, adding an extra layer of complexity to my already mixed emotions about this book.

This is a delightful and unexpectedly moving light novel.

It has a slightly surreal quality to it, which might seem a bit odd at first. However, it is enjoyable nonetheless.

Surprisingly, it manages to be quite believable as long as you're willing to suspend your sense of reality a little.

In some ways, it is similar to the novel 'If you could see me now'.

Both stories have a touch of the fantastical that draws you in and makes you want to keep reading.

The characters in this light novel are well-developed and engaging, and the plot has enough twists and turns to keep you on the edge of your seat.

Overall, it's a great read that will leave you with a warm and fuzzy feeling inside.

I deeply regret to say that I received this book as many as two years ago, and only just now managed to actually sit down and read it. It was my very first ARC, and yet I simply put it aside, and it sat languishing at the very bottom of my TBR pile for the longest time imaginable.

Until this time of the year, when I've been making a desperate attempt to get everything out of that box. Finally, I decided to give this seemingly thick and almost impossible-to-get-through book a fair shot. Oh boy, do I truly hate myself for waiting for such a long time to read such a literary work of absolute genius.

Remember those days in school, when teachers were always incessantly telling you to "show, not tell"? Well, Cecelia Ahern does precisely that, and she does it flawlessly. Her writing is not at all awkward like so much of what passes for "good" writing these days, nor is it childish in the slightest. Everything just flows seamlessly. All the words fit together perfectly, as if they were each painstakingly handpicked to play the exact part they are assigned.

Coupled together with incredibly good characterization and a plot that is as unique and captivating as they come, this contemporary fantasy should be an absolute must-read for anyone who considers themselves a true reader. Despite its length, I devoured this book in one long sitting, absolutely refusing to put it down. Cecelia Ahern is indeed the literary genius I have been searching for all this time.
