There were perhaps two or three stories that I found captivating enough to want to explore the authors further.

Nonetheless, for the most part, I simply could not engage with the stories at all.

I was hoping for a greater variety of themes and emotions to be explored within these short stories.

Perhaps with a different approach or a wider range of topics, I might have been more interested and able to connect with the characters and their experiences.

My only real complaint is that the cover of this collection, and the title, doesn't quite match the tone of the stories within.
