Leverage by Checketts is more a motivation / self-help book than an exploration of the concept of leverage. There's not much new here if you've read similar books. This books is written from a Christian perspective, and is filled with anecdotes from the author's personal life. On the positive side, it is a quick read, and if you are not familiar with goal setting, vision, motivation, etc., the book may be of more appeal.

This entails the past experience of the author on where, when, and how he utilized Archimedes's principle to great effect. The book is written in a casual conversation style but still retains important and critical details. I enjoyed reading this book as it depicts the subtle but important aspects of the world, a.k.a. "Voice of the Cricket".
