I love this cookbook because it takes you to the real nitty gritty aspects of Italian cooking - everything from street food to handmade pastas to numerous variations of the basic risotto.

i love jamie. this was my favourite of his books, especially when i was going to italy and learning italian and pretty much in love with italy... i ♥ jamie.

There are so many better Italian cookbooks out there. Don't bother with this one unless you are a Jamie Oliver groupie.

Who doesn't love Jamie? I used to love watching his first show, I think on BBC, and he was amazing! Never measuring anything, always fun, and totally stunning concoctions :-) This book is no different, he is exactly the same as he always is, and he is perfect! Get the book!
