As I saw this book lying in my brother's living room, specifically when I noticed the logo of "Jendela IPTEK", my mind drifted back to more than a decade ago when TPI (Televisi Pendidikan Indonesia) was still airing many educational programs in line with its name. One of the programs I always looked forward to was Eyewitness. As I remember, every day it discussed specific themes, such as about cats, the earth, and so on. Well, it turns out that this "Jendela IPTEK" book series is the basis for that program. How happy I am!

The format of this book feels similar to Antariksapedia by David A. Aguilar or Tubuhpedia by Christina Wilsdon. It is divided into several chapters that discuss certain topics. Each chapter consists of 2 pages with concise and dense information. This book is also equipped with pictures (microscopic images or photos of actual living things), which makes it even more interesting.

I'm really glad to have discovered this book. It not only brings back memories of those educational programs but also provides valuable knowledge in an engaging format. I can't wait to explore more of its content and learn something new.
