This book give great discovery of nature, uncovering the secrets of plants and animals by employing an exciting hand. There are hundreds of experiments and projects to learn from.

I just bought a used copy of How Nature Works and was pretty excited to have a handy book about nature to which to refer and from which to get ideas for activities at my preschool. But when I opened it up, I saw that it has an entire page (and experiment) all about the taste bud map -- that thing that was debunked in the 70s. Yeah. So what in How Nature Works can I trust to be true? I donated it back to the thrift store.
