Maybe it’s just that this book is a bit outdated? Not sure. But wasn’t very representative of diversity, various family structures, etc. It made me feel worse about myself and my PCOS then when I started.

A quick and easy to understand read for someone just diagnosed with PCOS. I've had my diagnosis for years, though, and this book didn't add anything to the knowledge I already had. It really played up homeopathic remedies and overly stressed the "dangers" of medical treatments like Clomid and IVF.

This book was helpful on the topic of PCOS, more so than many other books on the subject.

very helpful for my condition..... if you have PCOS this book is a must.
