I like this book. I really do. It's pretty, cared for and appealing but there is SO much concentration required at the beginning. We concentrate a lot for school, is this for a new mode?

First off I have no clue what I'm doing reading a self-help book, I usually make it an effort to avoid those, but I guess when I was 17 I saw it and was actually interested in it. Apparently that interest didn't last long since it took three years to read.
Especially lost interest when it started talking about how I can learn to talk to angels and other spirits.
So I'm gonna give it away, the deep dark secret this book is trying to teach?

That's all it is; a deeper way of thinking things out.
It's just another self-help book like the millions out there.
