Easy to follow,easty to cook recipies that everyone can cook.

My Big Books are worn and loved. Still use them all the time. In this book my husband loves the Beef and Vegetable Stir Fry. Also love the Black Bean and Corn Casserole.

Skimmed as ebook. Strange presentation as ingredient list at end of recipe. Also didn't see anything that looked easy!

There's not a single picture of the food in here. Enough said I think for a cookbook!
