What's unique about this book is that u learn leadership the Jack Welch way,A man who has exemplified leadership,and not just spoken about it

I now know where lots of the US Navy leadership perspectives have come from. I found the leadership book very enlightening, albeit many of the discussions were repeated from earlier areas in the book. I did learn quite a bit about large corporations trying to boost productivity which is right up my alley. I did appreciate the different mechanisms used to boost workforce involvement. I would have benefited a bit more if I had a better understanding of GE's history, but overall a very good choice.

Involving everyone is the key to enhancing productivity.

Leaders who live the values are more important than leaders that make the numbers.
