I really like this little book. It goes over what the different natural ingredients are and where they are in nature. It also tells you step by step instructions on how to make your own solid perfumes to put them in lockets, or whatever container you want to use.

Simple, to the point, with websites in the back of the book on where to order things. Also has great photos to help you out.

Mandy Aftel is not only an outstanding perfume maker (I sampled some of her creations) but also an excellent writer and great intellectual. A pleasure reading any of her books. Not only she turned me into a fan at first-read, but also into a perfume maker.
