I felt like I was reading an extended brochure for CST and SME--much of the book was simply examples of cases Upledger has worked on. I'm taking the CST 1 class in a few weeks, and this has whetted my enthusiasm. I still feel like I have a lot more detailed reading to do before I start.

Perhaps the poignant part for me was the popping back out of his eyeball due to his energy transfer... Changing our state of mind can be deleterious and or beneficial to our health status...

DD is using this therapy and found it extremely helpful after one session. I wanted to learn more so read this to discover more about the therapy and found the history quite interesting. I like that the author is so humble and feels he learns from the patient and expresses his gratitude for the opportunities to practice this therapy with his patients. The various case studies are impressive.

As someone studying these forms, this was an important book to read....

however, the antectdotes and science seemed more like misfits and less like craft. Also, this book is dated. The data and the stories support this work increasingly in ways the events in this book just don't.

I have this book on my shelf for the 'next' read, but I've had this therapy and it was amazing-want more but relocated and this town doesnt offer any therapists-not yet. this therapy is life changing-learn how to do, especially if your a massage therapist already.

A great book about a therapy not very well known. A lot of our illnesses(headeaches, backaches, etc ) can be cured in a natural way in a few hours, or in a couple of sessions.

An excellent introduction to the concepts behind CranioSacral therapy. Some of the ideas discussed within were a little far out, but as I'm ramping up to take my initial CranioSacral class, this piqued my interest well.

Awesome therapy! A combination of hands on technique and faith that we humans are fully capable of healing ourselves. I have signed up for a CST class in May. I am very excited about learning these techniques.
