A rhyming picture book about dinosaurs having a dance party. Probably half of the vocabulary will be over the heads of preschool and elementary kids, but they should love the feel of the rhyme and just the fact that the book has dinosaurs in it.

I had a lot of hope for this book but felt like the story-line did not make much sense. I felt like they could have done more and made it more fun for kids. The illustrations though really saved the book in my kids eyes. They loved to look at the pages and even made up their own book. I just felt like more could have come from this book. Don't recommend checking it out.

This brightly illustrated rhyming story is full of action as dinosaurs stomp and party - so much that they cause the first earthquake. Funny story and pictures.

This is a great book to read while children are beginning to learn about dinosaurs. It lists all the different types of dinosaurs and you can explore each type of dinosaur. Also, it is a great book for a lesson on rhythm. It talks about beats and steps and you can create a whole lesson about rhythm or a have the children create a song for the book.

Really fun book. The rhymes were really good, which isn't always the case with kids' books. The illustrations were great.

A cute slightly rhyming story. I loved that they used real dinosaur names, which will surely be a hit with some of my littles that know everything about dinos.

Illustrated by Scott Nash. Although it has great rhythm and rhymes, there isn't much story to the story. Lots of dinosaur names are used which makes it cumbersome to read. I think that kids would lose interest with all of the big words and the lack of story.

For a reader not well-versed in dinosaurs, this was a tricky book to read aloud, but it was sweet and popular amongst the clear dinosaur aficionados at the dinosaur-themed storytime.
