Having spent a couple of months trying out GTD (Getting Things Done: The Art of Stress-Free Productivity) I found the techniques in this book quite a bit more helpful. Quite possibly because I needed less of a "system" (which is what GTD got me) and more of an approach that I could apply as needed.

Really love the different approach this author takes to getting things done. Though I really preferred (LOVED) his book "Do it Tomorrow", this one was very different and gave me more food for thought. I thought this one was a bit bizarre in parts (though I shouldn't comment until I've tried it...) but the section on focusing your efforts on what you're most resisting at any given time was intriguing to me. Makes a lot of sense - though I could never give up my To Do list!

Would have liked a bit more - felt a little incomplete to me. But overall it was something different and food for thought on a topic where the same old, same old is continually regurgitated! Love this author's unique approach!
