Napisana prosto, przystępnie i z humorem.

Good short book on Usability. Very intuitive and common sensical as the author alludes to in the begining of the book. You won't learn anything earth-shattering from it as most of it is common sense. My personal favourite was the Usability testing script to be used and how to conduct one. A testament to the author's work is the fact that the book is so easy to read and use that you can skim through it in no time. And that says a lot about someone who actually practices good Usability methods, even while writing his book.

We are reading this for a corporate learning and development team book club. Although we don’t have control over our systems, there are some choices we can make regarding clarity and hierarchy that are shown in the book. We will use that and the user testing section for sure. This is a book that has a lot applicability.

I'd bet most people could pick up a thing or two from it no matter how much web experience you have. Also, its a fairly short book, which was good.

Still I think i was thinking it would have been more focused on best practices in web design, and it was a bit broader than that. More of a jumping off point than anything else.
