This was a fairly helpful book, but only if you go in with a skeptical mind. A lot of the advice made complete sense (the parts on diet and exercise, and on stress, especially). There were some parts, though, that were complete snake oil remedies. The section on "flower remedies"? What on earth were they smoking when they came up with that? The homeopathy stuff sounded like a lot of bs, too, but at least it wasn't completely insane like the flower stuff. As for the realistic parts, I'm contemplating trying out some of the herbal remedies. I've had good experiences with herbal remedies in the past, so that would be right up my alley. So yeah, pretty good book, but read it with an enormous grain of salt. Don't do any of the suggestions unless they feel right for you, and even then, a lot of them should be discussed with your doctor first. Definitely worth the read, though.
