I didn't even know Shiba before this volume. However, I am truly impressed at how much Kubo was able to make me care for him in such a short amount of time.

Their backstory seems to be filled with emotions and perhaps some tragic events. It makes me wonder what exactly happened between them.

Maybe it was a friendship that developed over time, or perhaps there was something more.

Kubo has a way of creating characters that draw you in and make you invested in their stories.

Even with just a few glimpses into Shiba's life, I already feel a connection to him.

I can't wait to learn more about their backstory and how it will impact the overall plot.

It's moments like these that make Bleach such a great series.

HIRO'S DRAGON BRO IS SOOOOOOOOO COOL.

I'm truly here for the amazing action scenes. All the captains are so badass. I'm completely obsessed with captain Matsumoto. She just sweeps in with her magnificent lions mane, saying "YOULL HAVE TO DEAL WITH MEEEEEE".

It's really strange how we fell in love with Kaien from just one flashback. I'm pretty sure it's because he's like an older, daddy version of Ichigo, with dark hair and a slight mullet. Kubo, stop it! I already have too many fictional husbands.

Can someone please explain this: "Then draw your sword. I'll clean your clock before I clean the streets". I don't even know what the possible innuendo could mean.

Also, Orihime and that other girl riding on Kenny's back was a great moment. Because same. (But not in a sexual way, they're under-aged!)

Out of context: "You're that weird bowl cut narcissist!!!!!".

Innuendo: "Four against one, eh?" "Not really enough to test my sword, but why not!!!"

Rukia + Shiba = pain

I truly adored this book.

All the intense fights that took place within its pages were simply captivating. The author had this remarkable ability to make me eagerly anticipate the next installment.

The story boasted a significant plot twist that completely blew me away. I loved how it transitioned from a character striving to take care of his family to the very same person engaging in a fierce battle to save his friends.

In my opinion, this book deserved a perfect 10/10 rating. My favorite character, without a doubt, is Ichigo. He is constantly pushing himself to become stronger, doing everything in his power to save Rukia.

Another character I have a great fondness for is Orihime Inoue. She always seems so happy and is always ready to assist her friends whenever possible.

On the other hand, my least favorite character is Byakuya Kuchiki. I firmly believe that he should be focused on saving his sister.

I also have some reservations about Renji Abarai. I think he should be more concerned with rescuing his childhood friend rather than keeping her confined in a cell.

This book is undeniably one of my all-time favorites, and I am eagerly awaiting the opportunity to read the next one.

Ichigo is earnestly attempting to master bankai.

Toshiro pursues Momo, who has gone with the intention of killing Gen, whom she believes willed Aizen. Toshiro follows and engages in a fight with Gen instead. However, Gen menaces to kill Momo. Fortunately, Rangiku manages to rescue her, and Gen flees.

Rukia's execution has been advanced to tomorrow.

Renji departs from jail and goes in search of Ichigo now that he has determined they are not foes.

Rukia reflects on her backstory with Ganju's brother Kainen and how he met his demise. She had no choice but to kill him as he was possessed, and it is evident that she had some sort of affection for him.

Kenpachi takes Orihime, Ikkaku, Yumichika, and Yachiru to break Ganju, Uruyu, and Chad out of jail.

They then make their way to attempt to save Rukia.

On the way, they are halted by the 10th captain Komamura and his assistant captain Tetsyzaenon Iba, as well as Tosen, the captain of the 9th, and his assistant captain Hisagi (the attractive one).

Haha, now we're truly getting to a really good place. It's like we've turned a corner and entered a new and exciting phase. The anticipation is palpable, and it feels as if something amazing is about to unfold. We can sense the momentum building up, and it's both thrilling and nerve-wracking at the same time. He he, the ending seems to be within our reach, and we can almost taste the success.

We have to keep up with him and do our part to turn the tide of the battle. Every moment counts, and we can't afford to let our guard down. So, Ichigo, let's move forward and face whatever comes our way!
