In this volume, we witness the conclusion of the story in the second world, where Sakura acquires yet another of her precious feathers.

Upon reaching the third world, they are confronted with a new threat. The costumes are delightfully cute, and the scenes of them on horses are simply gorgeous. It's especially endearing that Sakura is supposed to be Fai's sister.

The group must investigate the legend of the golden-haired princess and the disappearance of the town's children. Tragically, Sakura is also kidnapped. After the conclusion of this adventure, they visit a new world. At first glance, this world appears peaceful and charming, but it is actually filled with monsters.

Syaoran has to learn how to use a sword to battle these monsters and safeguard the person he loves the most. The kitten and puppy jokes add a touch of cuteness. I absolutely adore all the interactions between Fai and Sakura, as well as between Fai and Kurogane.

However, in this volume, there is one of the most heart-wrenching scenes. Just as Sakura is about to remember Syaoran, magic strikes her, and she instantly forgets what she intended to say. It's as painful as the scene in volume 1.

Overall, this volume is filled with excitement, mystery, and a healthy dose of cuteness, making it a captivating read.

I truly relish this story and the character development that is delved into. It's quite captivating to see how the characters grow and evolve throughout the narrative.

However, there is a fair warning that needs to be given. The translator unfortunately made the choice to use the R-slur. This is a concerning and inappropriate choice as it can be extremely offensive and hurtful to many people.

It's important to be mindful of the language we use and to avoid using derogatory terms that can cause harm. Despite this flaw in the translation, the story itself still holds great value and potential for enjoyment.

Hopefully, in future translations or editions, the offensive language will be removed and the story can be fully appreciated without this distraction.

There, that's better.

The concept about Kudan is interesting, and it makes me even more intrigued because every time Shaoran (sometimes I'm still unsure whether to spell his name with H or Y hmm) and others leave one world/dimension, the concept that is closely tied to that dimension is also left behind by them. Basically, it's about living and letting go.

The first steps have already been taken, but it still feels like the beginning of a very long road. To be honest, I started with TRC - which so far seems quite normal to me - because they recommended it to me if I want to continue reading xxxHolic (which I like much more) comfortably, since they keep crossing over at some point in the future. Fortunately, although I'm not a Clamp expert, I quite appreciated the first volume and it's a nice introduction to the multiversal adventures of Sakura and company. This #2 also seemed quite nice to me, with some interesting fight scenes and some entertaining narrative elements (like when they lose Mokona and the characters stop understanding each other) that add more interest to the matter. Now I'm on #3 and I suppose I'll get stuck there until further notice, but when I have more TRC (and more Holic) at hand, I'm sure I'll binge-read for a good while.

It's been an interesting journey so far. The world-building in TRC is quite complex, and I'm enjoying trying to piece it all together. The characters are also very likable, especially Sakura and Syaoran. Their relationship is one of the main draws of the story for me. I'm curious to see how it will develop as the story progresses.

I'm also looking forward to seeing more of the crossovers with xxxHolic. I really like the world of xxxHolic and the characters there. I think it will be fun to see how they interact with the characters from TRC. Overall, I'm quite enjoying my time with these two series, and I can't wait to see what the future holds for them.

I really liked the story. However, it was quite annoying that during the fight scenes, it was extremely difficult to see exactly what was going on and where all the characters were located.

The whole point of the pictures in a comic/manga/graphic novel is that they should be able to explain the story without relying too much on words. If the image is not clear, it sort of defeats the very purpose of having such a visual medium.

It's essential for the illustrations to be detailed and vivid enough to convey the action and the positions of the characters clearly. Otherwise, the readers may get confused and lose interest in the story.

Maybe the artist could have used more contrast, better lighting, or more defined lines to make the fight scenes more understandable. This would enhance the overall reading experience and make the comic/manga/graphic novel more enjoyable.

Yukito-san told Syaoran to find a witch who could assist Sakura in retrieving her memories.

Consequently, he dispatched Syaoran into another dimension.

The witch stipulated that she would offer her help only if Syaoran surrendered the thing he cherished the most in the world, which happened to be Sakura.

The witch further stated that even if Sakura regained her memory, she wouldn't remember him.

Nevertheless, Syaoran consented to this condition without hesitation, as his sole desire was to save Sakura.

He was willing to sacrifice his own connection with her in the hope that she could recover and be happy.

This selfless act demonstrated the depth of his love and determination.

Despite the painful consequence that awaited him, Syaoran was resolute in his decision to do whatever it took to bring back Sakura's memories.

Little did he know what other challenges and heartaches lay ahead on this perilous journey.

But for now, his focus remained on fulfilling the witch's condition and reuniting Sakura with her lost memories.

Oh man, this volume was an absolute rollercoaster of emotions. It was so much fun to read, filled with exciting adventures and charming moments. However, in the end, it was also heartbreaking.

The moment when Sakura finally wakes up and asks Syaoran "Who are you?" is truly gut-wrenching. It's impossible to imagine having such a deep and intense connection or love with someone, only to have them completely forget about you. It's a situation that would break anyone's heart.

But Syaoran is an amazing character. Instead of wallowing in self-pity, he quickly recovers himself and continues to do his best for Sakura. He is determined to help her remember and is willing to do whatever it takes. His strength and perseverance are truly admirable.

Also, his Kudan is super badass. It adds an extra layer of coolness to his character and makes him even more appealing. Overall, this volume was a great read, despite the heartbreak at the end.

Unlike many of the reviewers here, I have not had the opportunity to watch the anime for this series.

However, after having read the first two installments of the series, I find myself eagerly anticipating the moment when I can start watching.

I am truly impressed by the character development and the beautiful artwork.

The only drawback that I have noticed so far is that there are side comments being made in extremely tiny print.

This makes it quite a challenge for my aging eyes to read.

Another issue that I am facing is that the library does not currently have the next book in the series available.

I am so eager to continue reading that I really wish it was on the shelves right now!

I can't wait to see how the story progresses and how the characters further develop.

Hopefully, I will be able to get my hands on the next book soon and also have the chance to watch the anime to fully immerse myself in this wonderful world.
