I have several works by this author sitting on my To Be Read (TBR) pile that I haven't had the chance to get to yet. However, I recently came across one of his books at the library.

I must say that I really enjoyed this short collection. The author's writing performance was truly excellent. The stories he presented were not only hilarious but also highly relatable. It was as if he had a deep understanding of the human experience and was able to translate it into entertaining and engaging narratives.

After reading this collection, I am definitely going to reach for his books on my TBR pile and enjoy some more of his wonderful writing. I have a feeling that there are many more great stories waiting for me to discover.

I would highly recommend this author to anyone who enjoys reading humorous and relatable stories. His work has the power to make you laugh out loud and also touch your heart. So, if you're looking for a good read, give this author a try. You won't be disappointed.

So, yesterday I was painting my room and decided to listen to "The Vinyl Café". I had been told by numerous people that it was hilarious and that I simply HAD to give it a try. Well, it was a relatively short listen, only about 2 hours. To be honest, some parts were indeed funny, but for the most part, it just didn't quite hit the mark for me. Maybe this particular episode wasn't one of the good ones. However, I knew that listening to it would at least give me an idea of whether I liked the host's stuff or not. It did manage to pass the time while I was painting, so that was something. Now that I've heard it, I can say I've been there and done that! Lol. I'm not sure if I will listen to it again. It wasn't something that completely blew me away. It was just okay. My favorite part was the story about the husband getting a pedicure and the wife having maternal instincts about a Tamagotchi. That was the only one that really made me laugh out loud.
