Fortunately, I found Vinyl Cafe Unplugged at Darvill's Bookstore in Eastsound on Orcas Island.

The owner of the store and I engaged in a pleasant discussion about McLean as I paid for the book. It was a wonderful moment sharing our admiration for this great storyteller.

Each evening, I would read one of Dave's and Morley's adventures. As I read, I could hear in my head McLean's voice as he would have told the story. The experience of reading the stories was almost as good as hearing McLean tell them himself. It was like he was right there with me, sharing his wonderful tales and bringing joy and inspiration into my life.

I am truly grateful to have discovered this book and to have been able to continue enjoying McLean's stories even after his passing. His work will always hold a special place in my heart and will be remembered for a long time to come.
