This is a daily journal for those participating in the Body for Life program. In addition to journaling pages are daily inspirational note written by Bill Phillips as well as true life encouragment from others who have completed the BFL 12 week Challenge.

This is an add-on journal to be paired with "Body for Life" by Bill Phillips. It's handy for some of the more complex note taking involved with weight-set and reps... but you feel a bit like a tool wandering around the gym with this tucked under your arm.
