An interesting method for logic thinking has been presented. However, it is crucial to take the publisher's note wholeheartedly. This is because some of the terminology used in the book has aged purely. The field of logic thinking is constantly evolving, and new concepts and terminologies are emerging. Therefore, it is essential to be aware of the outdated terminology and not rely solely on the book's content. One should also explore other sources and stay updated with the latest developments in the field. By doing so, one can enhance their logic thinking skills and apply them effectively in various aspects of life.

Not Charles Lutwidge Dodgson the scholar and teacher you notice.

This re-publication and repacking of 2 books was clearly an attempt to capitalize on the fame of the Alice in Wonderland author.

These were initially separate books in the late 19th century, with overlapping and repetitive content.

Perhaps they weren't even published during his lifetime.

They were rebound together in the 1950s.

The language is directly from AIW, but the subject matter is rather dry.

It uses a symbolic logical/mathematical approach to understand and map propositions on a 2x2 grid and a larger 'trliteral' diagram.

The first book is written for students, and the second presents the same material as a 'game of logic' for the whole family to play.

Different times indeed!

As I mentioned, it's a bit dry and requires more patience than I have at the moment (I skimmed a lot).

There are only a few glimpses of the imagination, humour, and nonsense that he became more renowned for.

*phrases of the type, 'Thing is/are attribute', including membership of larger sets of things and negation 'not', e.g. 'All new books are not bound [books]' Yes exactly! I recognize some of this from a related branch of Boolean logic in computing).
