This book is truly a remarkable manifesto for creative self-expression.

It might take a brief detour into the realm of hedonism, but make no mistake, it is far from being a shallow or superficial work. In fact, it delves deep into the spiritual and existential aspects of life.

I have discovered a great deal of truth and wisdom within its pages. Rodman, the author, seems like a person I would love to spend time with. I believe his head and heart are both in the right place.

He is highly opinionated and yet oddly realistic. His enemies are my enemies too - those conservative, uptight, prudish, mean-spirited, and closed-minded individuals who are determined to impose their will on everyone else.

For anyone who firmly believes that creative and individual self-expression are of utmost importance for basic health and happiness, this book, along with his other works, is an absolute must-have. Rodman is definitely my kind of guy!

Once upon a time, this was cool.

It was a time when certain things held a special allure and charm. People would flock to experience and be a part of those cool phenomena. Whether it was a particular style of clothing, a new gadget, or a trendy hangout spot, it had the power to capture the imagination of many.

Those who were associated with the cool things were seen as being in the know, as having a certain cachet. It was a status symbol, a way to stand out from the crowd.

But as time passed, what was once considered cool may have lost its luster. New trends emerged, and people's tastes and preferences changed. What was cool yesterday may now seem outdated or even a bit silly.

However, the concept of cool still remains. It continues to evolve and adapt, always seeking new ways to capture our attention and make us feel special. And who knows what will be the next big thing that is considered cool? Only time will tell.

Mr. Rodman clearly relished a wild lifestyle: partying hard, drinking copiously, gambling frequently, and having relations with white women - it was like a rapper's ultimate fantasy realized. However, this wasn't sufficient for Mr. Rodman. His rowdy way of life had to be accompanied by a philosophy, which led to the creation of this book.

Regrettably, there is nothing profound or perceptive in his meanderings. They vary from advocating a carpe diem existence to claiming that politicians are liars (seriously? I was completely unaware!) to asserting that it's far more enjoyable to socialize with gay, transgender, or transvestite individuals than with conservative people. He doesn't explain how such diverse individuals are more entertaining than others; it's something we have to figure out on our own. Hmm, perhaps it has something to do with eyeliner and glitter.

Often, the book reads like the opinionated, internal chatter of a hyperactive 15-year-old girl, complete with large, bold capitalized fonts and repetitive pictures of himself. The only elements lacking are underlined words and multiple exclamation points.

The book is also repetitive, highlighting his youth filled with theft and poverty, as well as his brief suicidal depression. By the third time reading about how he held a gun and considered shooting himself, I was thinking, "Oh, just do it already." I guess that's callous. But nothing in his ramblings evoked sympathy.

His criticism of other athletes for conforming, being nice, and polite instead of taking risks and acting like the sports deities that the world treats them as has some merit. But there's also something malicious and petty about it. Let him dress up as Cleopatra with a wig and platform shoes. That doesn't mean everyone else has to don a feather boa.

In conclusion, Mr. Rodman should have refrained from writing another silly book (or writing any at all if the previous one was as self-indulgent as this). His lifestyle speaks volumes on its own - and very loudly at that. Then again, this book was published in 1997 when he was in his thirties. Now, in his late 50s, he may have mellowed significantly. If so, I wouldn't object to another, better book from him. But I have to evaluate this one, and it is shockingly bad.

Stick to his basketball career and avoid this literary attempt.

A fun read but the same stuff gets repeated over and over. It can be quite enjoyable to pick up a book or an article that seems engaging and entertaining at first. However, when the same ideas, themes, or examples are continuously recycled, it can start to feel a bit tiresome.

For instance, in a particular story, the main character might face the same obstacle multiple times, with only slight variations. Or in an informative piece, the author might keep emphasizing the same point without adding any new perspectives or details.

While repetition can sometimes be used effectively for emphasis or to drive home a key message, too much of it can make the reading experience less fulfilling. It's important for writers to find a balance and offer enough variety to keep their readers interested from start to finish.

Surprisingly, he gave some excellent advice in this book regarding life in general and being true to oneself.

He has accomplished a great deal for those of us who are distinct by simply being who he is. He offers hope to the people who had a rough start in life.

After all, anything can occur. Who could have imagined that he didn't even play basketball in school and graduated at a height of 5’11, only to grow to 6’8 in just 2 years?

He has truly lived an extraordinary life. His story serves as an inspiration, showing that with determination and authenticity, one can overcome obstacles and achieve great things.

It reminds us that we should never limit ourselves based on our initial circumstances or what others may expect of us. Instead, we should embrace our individuality and strive to be the best version of ourselves.

His advice and his own life journey offer valuable lessons for us all to learn from and apply to our own lives.

This is a truly great book. It has many wonderful aspects that make it highly engaging and enjoyable to read.

However, when compared to "Bad As I Wanna Be", it just doesn't quite reach the same level of greatness. "Bad As I Wanna Be" is in a league of its own.

The characters in this book are well-developed and the story unfolds in an interesting way. There are plenty of twists and turns to keep the reader on the edge of their seat.

Nonetheless, "Bad As I Wanna Be" has a certain charm and uniqueness that sets it apart. It has a more captivating plot and more memorable characters.

Overall, this is still a great book, but it can't quite measure up to the awesomeness of "Bad As I Wanna Be".

This book had a significantly different tone compared to the previous bios.

Rodman presents himself as The Martyr and is the self-proclaimed king of the Humble Brag. However, amidst all this, there is some good advice scattered throughout the pages, along with a bit of inspiration.

And ultimately, the fact remains that Rodman is being real. It's difficult to find fault with him for that.

His unique personality and the way he approaches life are both fascinating and somewhat controversial.

But perhaps that's what makes his story so interesting.

Whether you love him or hate him, you have to admit that he is true to himself.

And in a world where so many people are trying to be something they're not, that's a quality that is值得称赞的.

Overall, this book offers a different perspective on Rodman and his life, and it's definitely worth a read for those who are interested in learning more about this complex and captivating figure.

I have been a fan of "Worm" for as long as I can remember. This book has truly captured my heart and imagination. The story is filled with excitement, adventure, and unique characters that keep me on the edge of my seat from beginning to end.

The author's writing style is engaging and descriptive, allowing me to vividly picture the world and events within the book. I love how the main character, Taylor, grows and evolves throughout the story, facing numerous challenges and obstacles along the way.

"Worm" is not just a typical superhero or fantasy novel. It delves deeper into themes such as morality, power, and the consequences of one's actions. It makes me think and reflect on these issues long after I have finished reading a chapter.

In conclusion, "Worm" is an amazing book that I would highly recommend to anyone who enjoys a good read. It has become one of my all-time favorites, and I can't wait to see what else the author has in store for us in the future.

It was OK.

It was just a collection of more wild stories.

These stories seemed to come from the far reaches of the imagination, filled with extraordinary adventures and unlikely events.

Some might find them a bit too outlandish, but for others, they provided a welcome escape from the ordinary.

Each story had its own unique charm, drawing the reader in and keeping them on the edge of their seat.

Whether it was a tale of a heroic knight slaying a fearsome dragon or a group of explorers uncovering a hidden treasure, there was always something exciting happening.

Overall, it was an enjoyable read, even if it was a bit on the wild side.

It made you wonder what other crazy stories might be out there waiting to be discovered.

Perhaps there were even more fantastical tales just waiting to be told.

Only time would tell.

This book is not a 5-star rating because it's a traditional masterpiece. Instead, it earns such a rating due to its complex nature. It's filled with conflicts, frustrations, contradictions, problems, and yet it's also raw, honest, and even ugly. The author is clearly a deeply damaged individual, who seems to have a certain awareness of it while simultaneously being in complete denial.

He wrote some truly messed-up things in this book. For example, he said, "If I were president, I'd make it illegal for women to not give head" and also, "I don't go down on women, it's gross." However, there's also an air of enlightenment about him. He's a walking contradiction.

Despite the fact that I believe he's hurt a lot of people, his existence really inspired me as a kid. I was a child stuck in an ultra-conservative, boring jock family, yet I loved drag and being flamboyant, but didn't have the space to be myself. The world needs more weirdos like him, but hopefully with more therapy to help them deal with their issues.

Overall, I couldn't put this book down. It's a captivating and thought-provoking read that forces you to confront the complex and often uncomfortable aspects of human nature.
