While some of the wording and phrases in Jennie's work could perhaps be labeled a bit raunchy (although she does give a warning about this right at the beginning), I truly enjoyed her unique sense of humor. She has this wonderful ability to observe the everyday琐事 that occur within a marriage and turn them into something hilarious and relatable. Some of the things she described were so incredibly true that I found myself constantly bobbing my head in agreement. The book was a very fast read, with each chapter never exceeding more than two or three pages. Jennie is witty, frank, and brutally honest, which makes her writing style quite engaging. However, I did feel that it was lacking in some aspects. Maybe she was deliberately holding back certain details for another book, but it left me with the feeling that I only scratched the surface of her experiences and insights. I really wanted more depth and substance. Overall, it was an entertaining read, but I hope that in future works, Jennie will be able to delve even deeper into the complex and often humorous world of marriage.
