Nếu ai hỏi tôi 100 lời khuyên trong cuốn này có bổ ích hay không, thì câu trả lời sẽ là có, rất hữu ích. Nhưng tại sao tôi lại đánh giá nó 2 sao:
1. Cuốn sách quá dài, sau khi 100 điều thì tôi gần như chỉ nhớ được vài điều.
2. Những lời khuyên bị trùng lập quá nhiều, thay vào viết 100 điều thì chỉ cần viết khoảng 10 điều sau đó, cùng triển khai 10 điều đó với những ví dụ từ những lời khuyên của các chuyên gia.
Tuy nhiên, tạm note lại ở đây những điều tôi học được sau khi đọc xong cuốn sách:
- Câu thần chú của mọi người khi làm bất động sản là: vị trí, vị trí và vị trí.
- Không được chần chừ, phải quyết đoán. Chờ đợi là một dạng của nhường cơ hội cho người khác.
- Tìm hiểu thông tin, và so sánh nó với mục đích của bạn. Bạn muốn mua để ở hay mua để tiếp tục kinh doanh.
- Bạn cần một team làm việc chung tốt, người kiến trúc sư giỏi, để tạo thêm giá trị mới cho khu đất, hay toà nhà của bạn.
- Luôn luôn nói sự thật, không nên che dấu điều gì, và không được quá tham lam.
- Hãy luôn khiêm tốn và tử tế với mọi người xung quanh.

Each has written about The Best Real Estate Advice they have ever received throughout their illustrious careers. Whether you are a novice wanting to find out more about real estate or a seasoned speculator, you will find nuggets of wisdom in the advice given.

The essays range in length. Some go on for a few pages while others prefer to dote on only one sentence. Nonetheless, you will find them to be a reading pleasure.

A great read from Trump fans and non-fans alike. This book had a lot of great quotes and advice from various successful people from all backgrounds. Not only can the thoughts and advice be implemented into a business-minded person, but they can be taken and adapted into everyday situations.

This is a unique book in the series by Donald Trump. It is a collection best real estate advice in the form of essays from 100 different professionals in the business. The book is a collection of gems and nuggets of wisdom, and although some tips I did not find applicable to my business plan, there were many others that did set the wheels spinning. This is a book I plan to re-read again in the future as my real estate business grows, as there is a lot of wisdom here on many levels.

I wish this would have been Donald Trump's words instead of his business associates, however, I did take away a few good tips which makes it worth the read. Such as specializing in your own market and a couple rules about the 1031 exchange.
