من الكتب المهمة و الرائعة , اعجبني دمج روبرت تي كيوساكي مع المؤلف , و اللذي يعمل كخبير في شراء العقارات
بالفعل كتاب اضاف لي الكثير لكن تطبيقه صعب لأنه يحتاج الى راس مال لشراء العقارات و الإستفادة منها

In my opinion, one of the best books I've read thus far. Dolf explains multiple subjects in the world of real estate. Dolf opened up some concepts for me along with some tips and tricks. I definitely recommend this book to anyone looking into becoming an investor in real estate.

Excellent material, provided by the legends. Just need to put it all to use now.

Definitely whets the appetite a bit, but definitely not everything I want to know/ what I am looking for. I am glad he gives his direct opinions on particular/specific things instead of trying to give broad tips on real estate investing.

Not super helpful with tips, just explains the benefits of REI.
