Other than the fact that one would probably get more out of some of these plays if they were watched, rather than read, I truly enjoyed every single one of these plays. The experience of delving into the world of each play was captivating. There were several standouts that left a lasting impression. "Endgame" with its unique characters and thought-provoking plot, "Breath" which was a short yet powerful piece, "Embers" that had a certain atmospheric quality, "Rough for Theatre I" with its interesting structure, and "Krapp's Last Tape" which explored themes of memory and regret. And, of course, "Godot", the classic that is always a joy to encounter. This collection of plays is truly excellent. It is well worth the time spent reading them as they offer a wealth of insights and emotions. Each play has its own charm and beauty, and together they form a remarkable body of work.
