So I really had a profound love for Greek mythology when I was in school. It was in the youth section of the library that I accidentally came across these fascinating stories. As an adult, I firmly believe that the way they are written, anyone would find them highly enjoyable.

This brings us to the closing of the Odyssey. It is the story of the great Odysseus. After the battle at Troy, the Greek gods caused him to endure many hardships and twists for a full 20 years. Now, he has to make his way back home, claim his family, and regain his land. Can you imagine the epic nature of this journey?

Anywho, I truly loved this story. It is filled with adventure, drama, and the complex relationships between gods and mortals. It has left a lasting impression on me and continues to be a source of inspiration and entertainment.

I really liked this story.

It is about a man who is trying to return home but unfortunately gets stuck on an isolated island. To make matters worse, he is held captive there for a long and arduous 7 years.

Meanwhile, his son decides to embark on a perilous voyage in an attempt to find out what has happened to his father. The son's journey is filled with uncertainties and challenges.

Surprisingly, it takes a very long time for the son to return. In fact, he is away for a whole 3 months. During this time, one can only imagine the anxiety and worry that both the father and those back home must have felt.

The story thus unfolds with a sense of mystery and anticipation, leaving the readers eager to know what will happen next and how the father and son's reunion will be.

Kaspar gave this a 4-star rating. He really hated that it ended on a "cliffhanger."

Today, he also said that reading The Tales of the Odyssey has been one of his favorite parts of history.

Honestly, my rating would have been 3 stars. I was a little bored with Telemachus and Penelope. I just wanted him to kick those suitors out and then get back to the story of Odysseus.

There are two more books to go before we finish the series!

I'm looking forward to seeing how the story progresses and if Odysseus will finally make it home.

Maybe the next books will be more exciting and keep my interest throughout.

Overall, The Tales of the Odyssey has been an interesting read, but it's not without its flaws.

I'll continue to read on and see what else this series has in store.

**The Story of a Little Bird**

Once upon a time, there was a little bird.

The little bird lived in a big tree.

Every day, it would fly around and look for food.

One day, the little bird found a beautiful flower.

The flower was so colorful and smelled so nice.

The little bird was very happy.

It decided to stay by the flower and enjoy its beauty.

But then, a big wind came and blew the flower away.

The little bird was very sad.

It flew after the flower, but it couldn't catch up.

Finally, the little bird gave up and went back to its tree.

It sat on a branch and thought about the flower.

Even though the flower was gone, the little bird would always remember how beautiful it was.

And it knew that there would be more beautiful things in the future.

One of the most frequently appearing supporting characters in this book is Athena, the goddess beloved by almost everyone. It is said that Athena loves Odysseus, so it's no wonder that she even helps Telemachus to find his father.

There are several things that seem a bit strange to me. For example, when people sing about the misfortunes suffered by Odysseus' crew. But there is no one accompanying his army. Although in the next chapter it is mentioned that the messenger is King Nestor, still it is a bit strange. Maybe in a more complete version, there is a more reasonable explanation.

Second, when Hermes delivers Zeus' order to Calypso, it is said that the gods are not allowed to help Odysseus' return. But in reality, Poseidon still disturbs him and Athena turns around to help him. Although Zeus is the king of the gods and men, but even the gods violate his order.

Third, the strangest thing is when Odysseus swims to the shore for 3 days and 3 nights. I can't swim, so I don't know what it's like to be tossed about by the waves in the sea for that long. But no matter how strong a person is, it seems a bit excessive to have to swim for that long.

Telemachus, the son of Odysseus, is not as violent as the others.

With the help of Athena, he sets out on a ship in search of his father.

Although he discovers that Odysseus is alive, he never actually finds him.

At the end, it remains unclear whether Odysseus is still alive.

However, it appears that both he and his wife may die, and there are plans for his son to be killed.

This story of Telemachus is filled with mystery and uncertainty, as he bravely attempts to reunite with his father in a dangerous world.

The actions and fates of the characters keep the reader on the edge of their seat, wondering what will happen next.

Will Telemachus ever see his father again?

Will Odysseus manage to survive the threats against him?

These questions add to the intrigue and drama of the story.
