I really liked this story a great deal. It had an interesting premise and some engaging characters. However, as I read on, I found that it just didn't seem to go anywhere.

The plot seemed to meander aimlessly, without a clear direction or purpose. There were no real conflicts or challenges for the characters to overcome, and as a result, I never really felt invested in their journey.

Despite its initial promise, the story failed to deliver a satisfying conclusion. It left me feeling disappointed and unfulfilled. I had hoped for more from this story, but unfortunately, it just didn't live up to my expectations.

Overall, while I liked certain aspects of the story, its lack of direction and purpose ultimately let it down. I would have liked to see more development and progression in the plot, as well as more depth and complexity in the characters. Maybe then, it would have been a truly great story.

That passed the time.

It was a simple activity that managed to fill the void of those idle moments. Maybe it was reading a book, getting lost in the pages and imagining different worlds. Or perhaps it was taking a walk, breathing in the fresh air and observing the beauty of nature around.

Sometimes, it could be as mundane as doing household chores, but in that process, time seemed to slip away unnoticed.

It didn't have to be something grand or exciting. Even the most ordinary of things could serve as a means to pass the time.

And in those moments of passing the time, we might find a sense of calm, a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Whether it was a solitary pursuit or shared with others, it was a way to make the hours pass by and create memories, no matter how small or insignificant they might seem at the time.

That passed the time, and in doing so, it added a little something to our lives.

Waiting for the review to show up.

In the meantime, these lines from Vladimir and Estragon offer much to ponder.

All the dead voices.
They make a sound like wings.
Like leaves.
Like sand.
--------------
They all speak at once.
Each one to itself
--------------
Rather they whisper.
They rustle.
They murmur.
They rustle.
--------------
What do they say?
They talk about their lives.
To have lived is not enough for them.
They have to talk about it.
To be dead is not enough for them.
It is not sufficient.
---------------
They make a noise like feathers.
Like leaves.
Like ashes.
Like leaves...

The description of the dead voices creates a mysterious and almost haunting atmosphere. It makes one wonder about the nature of life after death and the need for the dead to communicate their experiences.

Edit...much, much later.

Well, the review never did show up so I'm glad I got the guys to park themselves here for a while and wait and ponder, and ponder and wait.

They're good at waiting, Didi and Gogo. Their patience in the face of uncertainty is both admirable and perhaps a bit tragic. It makes one think about how often we wait in life, hoping for something to happen, not knowing if it ever will.
